Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have a Bachelors degree and two Masters degrees in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Georgia. All of my degrees were earned with at least a 3.9 GPA and I earned the honor of being named the top math major from my undergraduate institution when I graduated. I have also had the pleasure of teaching mathematics at two different colleges and started tutoring math and physics over 20 years ago. I am a CFA Charter holder, an MBA in Finance, and a Certified Risk Manager. I have been teaching the CFA course over the last 5 years. I also teach college level and school level Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Maths, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics Statistics, Corporate Finance and, Personal Finance. I have earlier scored a 720 in the GMAT and have taught students for the GRE, SAT, and the GMAT courses. With my practical experience and academic background, I am able to blend the two while explaining important concepts to students. I am also someone who teaches students tricks to do well in exams. If young students want to become class toppers, I can teach them tricks and tips to make marked improvements in their grades. On the practical certification side, I have also done Security Analysis in both the Equity and the Debt markets.

I have spent my life teaching math, both as a classroom teacher and as a tutor, and I love it! My goal is always to make mathematics simple and understandable. I teach by asking questions, both to check for understanding and to allow the student to figure out the concept on his/her own. While my favorite topics are Statistics and Trigonometry, I love teaching all of Algebra too. I have taught both AP Statistics as well as IB SL. Nothing compares to seeing the look of understanding a math concept on a student's face! In addition, I have taught courses in, and tutored, SAT Prep for 35 years. While I do tutor both the math and Reading & Writing sections, I do believe that students can be helped more in the math section. Therefore, I choose to work with students who want to improve their math score more, but may still want some help with the Reading and Writing. Yes, the SAT has changed throughout the years but I have kept up with it and have seen more than 100 SAT tests. I am an expert in SAT test construction and offer many problem-solving strategies for success on the SAT test.

Reetish is currently a Medical Student. He was born in Winnipeg, Canada and after moving from several places, he now calls Oviedo, Florida home. Reetish currently has a Masters of Science in Neuroscience and is hoping to graduate medical school in 2026. He enjoys tutoring all hardworking students in the areas of math and science including difficult courses such as Calculus, Anatomy, Physiology, and algebra. He looks forward to working with together his future students in conquering their classes.

I received my MBA graduate degree from Georgetown University and my Electrical Engineering Bachelors degree from San Diego State University. I worked for Sony Electronics for over a decade as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, leading hardware designs of newly introduced features of Sony's High-Definition televisions. I have also managed a privately-owned business. I have always been passionate about tutoring. For example, I tutored math, calculus and physics in college, and I volunteered in educating seniors in computer skills. I especially enjoy tutoring students who are interested in learning the subject themselves. Whether they are good at it is irrelevant as I will work very hard to ensure they have the right foundation to be confident and enthusiastic about the topic at hand. I have tutoring experience from my undergraduate experience where I worked as a chemistry, physics, and mathematics tutor. Additionally, I have mentoring experience in my current role as an engineer.
