About Me

I have my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Strayer University and my Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Georgia. I spent three years teaching middle and high school students in math and science at a private school, where I also served as vice principal. Prior to that, I spent a year abroad, teaching students of all ages English. During my high school and college career, I tutored students in a variety of subjects, especially in SAT/ACT/GRE test prep. As an educator with experience teaching in all ages from Kindergarten to post-graduate students, I feel equipped to provide excellent tutoring in a variety of subjects, especially Math, Science, and test prep. I like to build off of the existing knowledge of my students to help relate the material better and make concepts more understandable. Using any preexisting knowledge to build off of, I work to create bridges that connect what is already known to what needs to be understood.
