I received my B.S. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology in 1999 and my Master's degree in education from Touro College in 2012. I have tutored for more than six years and have worked with several students who had multiple unsuccessful attempts with the NY State Regent's and helped them to finally pass the exam. I specialize in 9th and 10th grade math, but have taught and tutored grades 7-10. While I can teach just about any subject, I love teaching math because I am a very logical person, and math is the most logical and exact subject there is! My goal with every student is to make them feel comfortable with me and with math. I do my best to make the topics understandable and I give them hints on how to remember certain aspects of the subject. All I ask is that my students apply themselves and together we will succeed. I love music, movies, baseball, performing (I have performed several plays in local community theaters), and I am a voracious reader.
