I have a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology as well as an M.A. in Biology. I have taught college-level courses in Introductory Biology, Microbiology, and Anatomy and Physiology. Though, I also teach non-majors, most of my students are planning careers in health care fields such as nursing and respiratory therapy. I also have experience teaching HS level Biology and Integrated Chemistry and Physics as well as math remediation courses for those not prepared for Algebra. I have worked with students of all ages, but I have a particular passion for teaching and working with adults. I particularly enjoy helping adult students overcome their fear of math and science.
