As an English tutor, I believe it is my role to support the academic development of students and help them become effective communicators. I will contribute to these aims by improving students' writing skills; enhancing their understanding of literature and knowledge of literary history; and guiding them into understanding how literature can reflect social values, thereby contributing to a greater consciousness of how they themselves fit in their cultural contexts.

I have lots of interests and hobbies! I write an Advice Column blog with my best friend. In addition, I love volunteering with a sustainable food co-op.
