After taking classes all throughout middle & high school, it became a goal for me to become fluent. Therefore I decided to pursue my Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology from the University of California, Davis. In college I tutored foreign exchange students from Latin America and helped them learn English. I also had an internship at a an elementary school in their Spanish Immersion Program where I taught 5th graders lessons in Spanish. I didn't know I had a passion for working with students until I started working with middle & high school students at an outreach program. During my 3 years working with students I realized that resources and guidance are what determines a student's future and I wanted to be able to help impact student's lives by giving them the resources I didn't have access to growing up. Students are the future to changing the world and my idea of helping others and giving back is to help students grow their skills by learning another language. I also recently received my Masters of Science in Administration with an Emphasis in Leadership. My degree has propelled me into a role working with college students, mentoring and developing them on marketing and sales for networking tactics. I'm a firm believer that being bilingual has set me up for success in the workplace and all generations should have access to learn even outside the realm of traditional school.

I enjoying traveling, watching football and dancing (hip hop, salsa and bachata).
