I am a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, currently working towards a Dental Doctorate degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During this time, I became a 7th-grade teacher; this experience shaped my understanding of the current educational needs in private and public institutions. I enjoy teaching in a classroom, but I found that my strengths lie in one-to-one interaction. It is easy for students to fall behind, especially with the increasing classroom size. A lot of learning happens outside of school, and without guidance, this learning is often not effective. My goal is to bridge this gap, so no child is left behind because I strive to help my students reach the necessary milestones to ensure they become the best learners they could be.
