I completed a Bachelor of Science in business at the University of Idaho, a master's in leadership at Bradley University, and a doctorate in education at Capella University. In addition, I have completed several graduate management courses, a graduate certificate in measurement, evaluation, statistics & assessment from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a graduate certificate in evidence-based coaching from Walden University. After graduating from my undergraduate program, I served in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Analyst and linguist. My experience in higher education started when I was a student and served as a resident advisor in the dorms. After leaving the military I found employment at the local university where I spent several years and pursued opportunities for advancement. My higher education experience is diverse as I hope worked in student affairs, academic affairs, residential life, enrollment management, financial aid, assessment, institutional research, and accreditation. Most recently, I have been teaching in a PhD in Management program; however, I have also taught undergraduate and master's level students in face-to-face and online environments. I love to travel and have taught at international residencies with students working on their doctorate. I have worked with students from South America, Mexico, Canada, Northern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. I do not have a favorite topic for tutoring but get excited when students make important connections in whatever content they are pursuing.

I enjoy traveling, spending time with family & friends, and most anything outdoors!
