My strongest subject is probably organic chemistry, as I have experience as a TA, along with 5 years of research experience in that subject. I am also capable of tutoring basic biochemistry, along with lower level chemistry and biology classes (such as high school and middle school level).As for a little bit about myself and how I teach, despite the fact that all of my work is done in a lab, I love the outdoors. Hiking, skiing and, soccer are some of my favorite pass-times, and I work hard to find the time to do these activities while also attending to my all too numerous responsibilities. When it comes to teaching, I think the key to success is to show the student how interesting the subject material they are studying can be when applied in real world setting. All of that being said, I am well aware that the most important thing for the majority of students is the grade they get in the class/test they need help with, and I like to give advice on studying/test-taking strategies to ensure that the student achieves the success that they deserve.
