About Me

As a graduate with a Master and Specialist in Education from Columbus State University and Georgia Southwestern State University and a Bachelors in Health Science from Columbus State University, I bring many years of tutoring experience and over twenty years of classroom experience. Subjects taught include Reading, Middle School Science, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Forensics, Earth Science, Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Physics. My passion for science ignited while a student in high school chemistry and has only deepened over the years. I am committed to fostering a supportive learning environment where students can thrive. I believe effective instruction hinges on building trust and understanding each student's unique learning style. This allows me to adapt my teaching strategies to meet diverse needs. My goal as a tutor is not just to impart knowledge but to inspire a lasting appreciation for science while empowering students to achieve their academic goals.
