While in college, I tutored several students including home-schooled students and at-risk students. Since graduation, I have worked in the private sector as a real estate analyst and account manager. Upon entering education, I have continued to help students grow with a personable and unique style and approach. While I am able to tutor in Social Studies, Math and Science, working with Middle School students has been a particular interest. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for testing, we always seem to have the most fun (with remarkable advancements) with basic application of skills which help in lifelong learning. I am an avid proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, the outdoors and anything involving water. I enjoy the occasional video game and movie as well. I look forward to helping parents and students see great results from our sessions.
