I received a Masters in Instructional Leadership through Union University and am a licensed principal. The subjects I am most passionate about are reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary, and phonics and elementary math. I also have experience teaching students how to be more organized and strategies in test taking. I am a big believer of building relationships. I want my students to have confidence in me and the two of us work together to set goals and map out steps to reach them. I believe students will be more successful in reaching their goals if they play an active role in setting them.

When I am not teaching or tutoring I usually can be found cooking, working out, or working on some type of at-home project or renovation.
