I have worked with children in classroom and daycare settings for five years. I can tutor a wide range of subjects, but my specialties are language arts and math. I have experience working with students with special needs, both gifted and children with physical and learning disabilities. I just recently completed a masters' certificate program at the University of Pittsburgh. I hold a masters of science degree in Organizational Leadership and a bachelors' of science degree in Human Resources both from Geneva College in Pennsylvania. While I served in the United States Air Force I earned an Associates of Applied Science in Financial Management.I enjoy helping and assisting others to learn because education is the key to many doors in life. I enjoy helping all age groups.For 4 years I operated a home daycare (state licensed) and I began to teach the children in my care. That"s when I discovered how much I enjoyed and loved working with the children.My teaching style is mainly 2 styles blended & hybrid. Hybrid is teaching on-line and in-class face-to-face. Blended is taking the better tools from on-line and using them in the classroom.
